Client Description

A leading global provider of finance solutions for manufacturers and vendors of a wide range of equipment types.


The client was looking for a provider that could deliver a flexible insurance solution, adapted to its extensive list of manufacturers and vendor relationships across different equipment types. They required a provider that could credibly deliver and control the full product cycle, ranging from product design, management of all interaction with the insurer, policyholder communication and marketing. Additionally they needed the capability of replicating the programme across a comprehensive number of European territories, adjusting to local requirements.

Our Solution

With our extensive experience in this field we were able to shape a fully outsourced, white labelled end-to-end solution, with client branded fulfilment and policy administration. We were able to draw on our unique positioning of having an A+ rated insurer in house – Great American International Insurance (EU) DAC*, through whom we could source flexibly designed coverage to meet the individual niche requirements and local country considerations. Furthermore, we were able to service the programme though our pan-European platform in Bristol, where our dedicated customer service call centre is staffed with skills-based, native language speakers.


We began by piloting a programme for a particular vendor client in the UK. The programme was so successful that within a year we began to work with the client to roll the programme out to most of its manufacturer and vendor relationships, and we are now operating across 8 European countries.
