Requirements

The client required a white labelled, fully outsourced insurance programme to enhance the office equipment finance offering to its SME customer base, which would also generate an additional revenue stream.

Our Solution

Based on a sophisticated marketing approach providing high take up rates amongst the client’s customer base, we delivered an end-to-end white labelled product, creating very significant additional income for our client.

Coverage was designed to specifically suit the customer’s niche, and the risk was underwritten by our A+ rated sister company, Great American International Insurance DAC*.

Our solution includes full outsourcing of all customer interaction to us, with customer service and full administration provided through our multi lingual call centre in Bristol.

The product provides a seamless integration with our client’s brand and we have been working together on this programme successfully for over 10 years. Currently over 13,000 new insurance contracts are managed annually with a complaint rate of under 0.22%.
